8. Service Availability & Uptime

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Data Backup & Security

• Customers are responsible for their own backups
• Backups provided by Hostsathi are not guaranteed for restoration
• We are not liable for data loss due to hacking or failures

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on Hostsathi.com are owned by Hostsathi or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations, non-payment, or illegal activities. Upon termination, data may be permanently deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hostsathi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
